1. Returns

  • Eligibility:
    You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
    • With original tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Customized or personalized clothing.
    • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact our support team at support@craftfashion.in with your order number and reason for return.
    2. Our team will guide you with the return instructions and address.
    3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging before shipping.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
  • If the item received is defective or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
  • We will provide a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.
