1. Returns
- Eligibility:
You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- With original tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized clothing.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
- Return Process:
- Contact our support team at support@craftfashion.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you with the return instructions and address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging before shipping.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
- If the item received is defective or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
- We will provide a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.
